The information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation. Users who access the Services from other locations do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

We own all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, software, website designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, protected by copyright and trademark laws worldwide. You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Services to you. By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree we may use them freely for any purpose without compensation or acknowledgment.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, including bots or scripts
• Your use of the Services is for lawful purposes only and will not breach any applicable law

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content from the Services to create a collection, database, or directory without our written permission
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services
• Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious material
• Engage in any automated use of the system, including scripts, bots, or data mining tools
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or connected networks
• Attempt to bypass any access restrictions of the Services
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software comprising the Services
• Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us without authorization
• Use any output from the Services to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI or machine learning model without our express written permission

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take appropriate legal action, block IP addresses, and remove or restrict access to any content at our sole discretion.

The Services do not currently offer users the ability to submit or post publicly visible content. However, we may provide features in the future that allow you to create, submit, or share content. If and when such features are made available, any Contributions you submit must not:

• Be false, inaccurate, or misleading
• Be obscene, offensive, violent, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Legal Terms

By submitting any Contributions to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Contributions in connection with operating and improving the Services.

Notwithstanding the above, we will not use the content you submit for processing (e.g., text submitted to the humanizer) to train, fine-tune, or develop AI or machine learning models, and we will not share such content with third parties for their own training purposes.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or display third-party content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites or content. Once you leave our Services, these Legal Terms no longer govern. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available through our Services infringes a copyright you own or control, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms
• Take appropriate legal action against any user who violates these Legal Terms
• Refuse, restrict, or disable access to any portion of the Services at our sole discretion
• Remove or disable any content that is excessive in size or burdensome to our systems

We care about your privacy. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference.

HumanizerFree is designed to produce text that closely resembles natural, human-like writing. However, AI detection tools are constantly evolving and may produce inaccurate results, including false positives. We do not guarantee that content processed through our Services will avoid detection by any AI detection tool.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of output for any particular use. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any output to ensure it meets your requirements. We cannot be held liable if content is flagged by detection software.

Our Services are intended to assist with legitimate writing tasks such as improving clarity, tone, and readability. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the academic integrity policies, honor codes, and institutional rules of any school, university, employer, or organization you are affiliated with.

We do not condone academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or any misuse of AI-generated content in violation of applicable policies. We expressly disclaim all liability for any consequences arising from your misuse of the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice or liability.

We may change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by any unavailability or interruption of the Services.

There may be errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information provided through our Services. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update any information at our sole discretion without prior notice.

In no event shall SquareX AI Limited, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, our total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SquareX AI Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or relating to: (1) your use of the Services; (2) your breach of these Terms; (3) your violation of the rights of any third party; or (4) any harmful act toward another user of the Services.

These Legal Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access or block your use of the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

We maintain data you transmit to the Services for the purpose of operating the Services. We shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of your data, and you waive any right of action against us arising from such loss or corruption.

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow 30 days for us to attempt an informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Any claim must be brought within two (2) years of the date the cause of action arose, after which it is permanently barred.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction in which SquareX AI Limited operates, without regard to any conflicts of law principles.

If you are a resident of California and have concerns regarding any unresolved issues with our Services, you may contact the appropriate consumer assistance unit as provided by the relevant state authorities.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SquareX AI Limited with respect to the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of these Terms or your use of the Services.
